Can I get every to say a small for Annies owner.
She was at our farm being breed to are stallion. I when out to feed breakfast to the horses when I seen her fall down when I get to her she was having a major seizure that last about a min and she was gone. The vet said she had no chance even if she made out of the seizure. So If you could say a little prayer for Annie's owner to help her deal with her great lost I would be very thankful

Yes, that is very sad for the horse owner. Looking at the legal side of this are there any ramifications to you as the breeder, or do you have a good contract that covers these types of things?

The horse was being lease to my friend and we had a good contract and the owner said that she was not going to take legal action and even tell the vet the same thing but I would be cover under are contract any ways so I'm not worry about that. Vet tells us what had happen today and it was Aneurysm in the brain or lungs. "spelling way wrong"
