Our mare was bred in the beginning of June. Vet checked with US ( end of June). says no nothing - but at this point she still has not gone into heat. A little bit of a personallity change She is acting a little different when it comes to food ( very hungry) - has anyone ever had this happen. My local neighbors say shes bred.

I read all about EED just in case but how long do I wait. Till mothers day of 09.?

She was a young vet - not sure how experienced she is at reading US. How long should I wait so if there is a baby it wont be missed.? Penny was about 30 days post breeding when the US was done.

Well I am guessing she would be far enough along now. By now she should be about 60 days. Let us know what you do and what the vet says.
