Looks like she is progressing normally. Don't be too overly concerned with due date at this stage, most maidens I've dealt with will go over by varying degrees, sometimes more than 30 days and have a completely normal foaling.
The only concern I would have would be the infection you mentioned in your previous post. If it has been treated successfully everything should be treated as a normal foaling and a healthy foal. Careful examination of the placenta inside and out after it is expelled will give you some valuable clues as to the extent of the infection and if it had any effect on the foals developement.
