Second year with this breeding "stuff" and this year I decided to be an educated participate as opposed to blindly following the veterinarians', "Bring in on x day. Call stallion owner on x day."
In so doing I've been logging all the information from our ultrasounds. But what I am writing down, dictated from the veterinarian, is not matching up to discussion in mm. On this board and many other's the common phrase is folicle of xmm. I am writing down 4.2 on Left and so forth.
What conversion am I writing in? Centimeters? And for those of us who ran screaming from mathmatics in years previous... could someone give me the formula for converting? Simply shift a decimal?
Sorry to sound totally uneducated but I have to start somewhere, right? And being hung up on this is making it very hard to effectively do my own sideline research.
