I am using a teaser to help track my mares cycles. After breeding with AI do you need to take 'time off' or keep teasing?

Assuming you have checked for ovulation...
If you intend to check for pregnancy at around 17 days, then you won't need to tease again unless your mare is empty and you wish to rebreed.
If you don't want to preg test that early (although I would recommend it) then you will need to tease her from around 18 to 21 days.

I should have said, the other reson for teasing this mare is that vet thinks the teasing will help with any clearance issues she has. The teasing after is to keep her natural oxytocin levels up.
Last year I waited 4 hours before starting the injectible oxytocin. Do you have to wait any longer for teasing?

Teasing post-breeding won't hurt, but if the mare really does DUC issues, it may not help enough either.
You can tease shortly after breeding - 45 minutes to an hour - but I'd still be injecting the mare with oxytocin as laid out in the oxytocin protocol if I were you.
