It is okay to short cycle a mare after she has had a uterine biopsy? I have different opinions from two different vets.
Or is it advisable to wait a full cycle?

Mares can be 'short cycled' after a uterine biopsy. There is minimal damage done to the uterine mucosa with a uterine biopsy forcep. Most uterine biopsies are taken while the mare is in estrus and you must therefore wait until 5 days after the end of estrus before prostaglandins will work and sucessuflly 'short cycle' your mare.
