Anyone know if there is a marked difference in the performance of these two products? BET apparently holds a patent for the biorelease product and they report that Deslorelin in saline will not be as effective in forcing a 32-35mm follicle to ovulate as the biorelease product. Any comments on the Des in saline in practice???
We prefer the biorelease Deslorelin, as one gets a steady release of the drug and not a spike (or series of spikes if multiple treatments are given) and have therefore found it to be more reliable in stimulation of ovulation, particularly with smaller follicles.
