I was told that this is in the normal range. Could someone please explain these results to me. T-4 254 Range 1-3, T-3 81 Range 50-165. These results are on an 8 yr. old mare. Who, all though was exposed to a stallion (pasture situation) yearly for 5 years has never foaled. I purchased her last year. Had the vet check her, did culture,Ultra sound ect. Everything seems normal. She cycles normally, ovulates...She settled once, but absorbed on 18 days. I even tried Regumate. Please, any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. This is an awesome mare, crippled as a yearling, not rideable, but 100% foundation QH with breeding up close to die for. Thank You

sometimes the nutritional status of the repro glands are poor....thyroid needing kelp.... pituitary needing chaste tree berry....liver needing milk thistle seed.....the gut would be assisted with a probiotic to increase nutrient absorption from the food...if there is no uterine infection then nutrient deficiency is usually a culprit..have seen this assist in many times...if you require more infor please ask
