I'm not a member but I've been an avid "voyer " of this site for the last month or so , getting pointers , using the foaling calculators ( over & over , lol ! )& just basically trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible before our blessed event . I'm happy to announce the happy & thankfully un-eventful arrival of our new colt !! You see , I recently lost my mother (Dec. of 04" )and inherited her 5yr. old paint mare Dee-Dee's Last Wonder. My husband & I decided to have her bred in March of last year as that was something my mom had talked about doing,even though I'd gotten out of the loop so to speak on the horsey side of my life so I am basically re-learning everything . You guys here were a life line for me.On Tuesday night at 10:15pm Jett arrived & is everything me or my mom could have dreamed of .Once again thank-you & I wish everyone here still on mare stare all the best & pray all goes as well for you as it did for us .
