We have only dabbled in embryo vitrification ourselves a little bit. My understanding is that there is potential for operator variability with the results, although with a good operator, the results seem to be good - I not not have specific numbers though.
The process is fairly straightforward, so - depending upon how much this may cost you! - I would say "go ahead" if your operator is experienced (which you seem to indicate they are).
