We have done MANY embryo transfers and we have not noticed a decline in reproductive soundness. There are those out there that believe the donor mare has decreased fertility, but this has not been proven, and most likely stems from irresponsible flushing. If you flush the uterous too often, you can make increase the risk of uterine infection for the same reasons women that douche to much can risk infection. However, if the transfers are done responsibly, there should be no issues. Hope this helps.
