Hi everyone. My thoroughbred mare has many signs of foaling soon, but she just won't have it! We are at day 348 (not real late) and she has been bagged for almost 6 weeks. Yesterday the udder was so full the nipple was barely visable. This am they look alot smaller. She has been kicking at her belly, pawing, rolling, laying down and getting up for 2 days now. We have been to the barn several time everynight since monday and we need sleep! When will she finally have it?
Is your mare bagged up? mine gets so full she looks like a stallion from the back! By this evening it will probably go down again. At the barn where I bred her, they have one 4 weeks late and doing the same thing for a while now. You have a cute mare too.
