Hypoxemic foal?

Foal was born but separated from mare at birth (maiden mare.) Foal received plasma, and vet care, was looking good for two weeks, then strange thing started......

Foal becomes comatose like, lays flat out and can not be roused, doesn't respond to stimuli and is limp. Have seen this last 20 minutes, then foal rises to sternum position looking drowsy, a couple more minutes it's up and nursing. I have seen this 3 times on my morning and evening checks, (work during day so not aware exactlu how often it happens)

First episode I saw was Tuesday, took to the vet, they did bloodwork and said she was ok.

Googled this and it sort of matches, anyone ever heard/experienced this?

sounds like seizures? how very strange....I'm interested to see what the case is, and hope you get it figured out quickly.
