Nova was born sorrel. BUT he is reallly shedding out now and turning VERY DARK. could he possibly turn black. It may just be a very dark chestnut. Skin is exceptionally black. New growth on Hooves, even those connected to his white stockings have black streaks in them.

Lcuky!! My foal was just born today and he's a chestnut but his father is a black and his mom is a sorrel, and I really wanted a bay or black :-(

. Oh well!! That'd be really cool for you, though!!
