Do they both come out head first?? If they are identical are they in the same sac? Does anyone know--has anyone on this site had twins that have survived??? Can't help you with how they are delivered though, we've never had a set born that I know of.. Your mare is just going to have one GOOD sized baby.. and a whole lot of amniotic fluid I'd bet.. better wear waders when that water breaks! can't wait to see photos. But from all the people, as far as I recall, said twins very rarely survive and that normally, at least one, but often both, die. They recommended "pinching" off one of the twins (by a vet of course). I would love to see a twin set though. I never have.
