I have had heard that if you see the foal kicking in first stage labour you can relax for a while as your mare is hours away from foaling, is there any truth to this? Thanks |

Well this morning my placentitis mare foaled!!! I am so excited I will probably post everywhere She was 332 days. She had a beautiful Van Nistelrooy filly! Annddd, the last time I saw the foal kicking was 1hr 20min before she foaled. So I don't know if I answered my own question or not? LOL - sleep deprived! |
