I would think that at that stage the foal would have still been dropped and that it would have been possible to miss.
I had a mare that went late last year and she was palpated by 2 different vets (each gave different answers) and a total of 4 vet's confered on the situation..
She ended up being open although she had started to bag up.
So I would keep an eye on her and treat her as though she were pregnant just to be safe.
