One of my mares had 2 foals, and then did not conceive after breeding her on multiple cycles. We went ahead and did a biopsy.
I was told she has good uterine clearance but was graded 2B due to fibroses...extensive..diffuse fibrosis.
Any experience getting these types of mares in foal? Should I quite trying? Is there anything I can do to improve uterine condition?
Any idea what causes this?

fibrosis is like scarring of the uterus. It is generally not reversable. What you cannot tell from one biopsy, is whether it is widespread or just in the one area they happened to sample. ie if the vet happened to pick an area that had been biopsied before. 2B is not hopeless - you just need to understand the chances of carrying are a little less. your choice on whether to try.
