My mare had her last foal in 2002. This year I had her cultured and it came back great. The biopsy results were a 2B. The previous owner never did a biopsy so I don't have anything to compare this years results to. I'd really love to get one more foal from here but am unclear if breeding to a 2B mare is worth the expense and effort. Has anyone ever bred a 2B mare with success? Any advise?

You have between a 10 and 50% chance of your mare producing a live foal if she has a IIB grade endometrium.
It is unlikely if you can improve the grade, but possible depending upon what the problems are that have been identified. Discuss the results with an equine reproduction specialist.
