Hi!! I have an older mare that I was told had ovarian cysts. She has had several foals in her past, her most recent being in 1998. I was wondering what I should/could do to help her get in foal or where I should take her to have her checked out. I live in Illinois and there aren't any good equine vets around me that I know of. Thanks!!

Hello, I have a mare that seems to be still cycling. It has been winter here for quite a while. She has been backing up to our mini stallion. She had a foal this year and it was weaned and taken away at about 4 months. She was a very large milk producer. It took her a month to dry up. It has been mentioned that she may have a cyst on her ovary and that is why she continues to think she is in...What is the treatment for this?
