I'm trying to build a table of the leading causes of early loss, symptoms and possible treatments. I've found quite a bit of information, but am attempting to put it into a simple summary form. Easier said than done. Any assistance would be very helpful.
Endometritis--infectious or inflammatory--no outward signs necessarily Antibiotic infusions
Twinning--no outward signs Rebreed
Placentitis--usually later in the pregnancy. May be some discharge, and you can often find the fetus/placenta hanging from mare. Have placenta analysed for infectious agents, etc.
What other info have you found?
