I have a yearling colt who I cannot not see either testicle on. When I felt around I felt two lumps one on either side...up near where the abdomen meets the sheath. I could only get my fingers partially around either lump. Yesterday the right testicle was down and the lump is still there on the left, feels like a testicle, oblongish.. almost almond shaped. But pulled up tight against the wall. I can almost get my fingers all the way around it. Is there any other structures that could be there other than a testicle? I have made an appointment for the vet to come check. But I am just curious if that might be the other testicle. I am amazed at how well he hid the right testicle as it is fairly good size...but was really hard to find the first day.
