Our new neighbor decided to buy a 3 year old mini mule stud(intact) for his kids 9 years old and younger for christmas and this mule bites, kicks and mounts anything that stands still long enough. I personally believe he is to dangerous for kids at this point and needs to be gelded and worked with immediatly but the owner wont do it..would it be a good Idea to put this mule in with a mare to put him in his place or a gelding? and is it to late to geld(for behavior) or will his temperment improve upon gelding..Thanks so much

I would think it to be an awesome time to geld.....his temperament should improve after. If he's that obnoxious, sounds like putting him in with other animals would only get someone injured.
