Is anyone familiar with a product called Evitex (formailly know as Hormoinse). It is made by Emerald Valley Botanicals. I saw an ad in the Horse for it claiming it lowered the mucous level of a young stallion's ejaculate after only 5 days of treating him(orally). It also said that within 5 day of another stallion there was a siginificant increase in sperm count. Does'nt it take about 60 days for the sperm count to be affected by sickness or stress? Yes, I am doubtful and several little bells have gone off in my head reading the advertisment, but I thought I'd ask if anyone know of this product. It says it has been used in Europe for centuries.
I have a 30+ MorganX. Has "Cushings". Would like to try Hormonise, as to using other treatments. He is a RESCUE HORSE. Money is a concern. Help with info please! Bumpass Gal
I am going to start using Evitex on my 21 year old mare who looks like she is carrying a winter coat this spring. She is probably pre cushings. A girl in my barn said she used it with great success. I would love to hear from those who have tried it. My email is Whoa9@aol.com
