My mare was in a paddock with a 12 month old colt (ungelded). Yesterday I noticed swelling near the udder and squeezed the teat and this sticky, cloudy, odourless substance came out, now it is squirting out quicker and she is starting to round out under the belly, the problem is that she would only be six months into the pregnancy and she is slightly bagged already! Is the foal going to be a premature one?! Can this bagging early really happen, do you think she'll be okay, and she just came off lame today too, as if finding out she was pregnant this late wasn't bad enough, please help me!
