I am new to this board so I don't know if this is the right place. I am going to buy an ultra sound for my farm and I wondered if any of you have heard of a Chison 500 vet ultra sound?? I would appreciate any comments pro or con that you may have

this might sound stupid but When my mare was getting ultasounded the image the vet saved was a black cicle, what is that?
I know its stupid but what is it.

If she had not been bred yet, then it was probably a cyst. If she had been bred and they were pregnancy checking, then it was probably a pregnancy.
I think you might have an easier time of this breeding lark if you invest in a good book on reproduction... There are quite a few listed in the books section of the website - I think it will make your life quite a bit easier if you know what's going on!!!
