My 10 year old mare is due to foal at the end of March and right now, she really doesn't look to heavy at all. Maybe a little belly, but not much. She's very healthy and everything seems normal, but shouldn't she be showing alot by now? Do you think it would be a good idea to get her checked by a vet to check if she is still pregnant? Thanks

I would get her checked for peace of mind, at least that way you know for sure. Some mares don't show much though, my coach has a maiden who is 9 1/2 months and you can barely tell!

Thankyou :D!! I just contacted my horses' former owner who bred her 3 times, and she said that she didn't show until one month before she foaled, and she said with her first foal, she didn't really show until about 2 weeks before!
