What are you feeding her? If you are over feeding, or giving her something with alot of salt in it (resulting in lots of drinking), it could cause it. Also, how much room does she have at night? Horse circulation isn't the greatest even when not pregnant, so with foal's weight pressing on her legs, it can make it work harder. If she's confined to a small stall, recommend getting into a larger one, or a ring/paddock. She may just need to be able to walk around, which will aid her circulation greatly.
