I'm considering breeding my 2 year old filly next summer. I realize this is young. She has been having hormone problems, acting study since I purchased her from the auction this spring. I believe breeding her could help settle them and settle her down. Helpful honest opinions would be great.

I have seen a post on here somewhere about that very problem, and someone had said that it could be caused by cysts on the ovaries. It might be worth it to you to have her examined to see if there are any problems that could maybe be corrected with treatment rather than with breeding. Because if she is having reproductive problems, she just may not settle anyway, and then you are still stuck with the situation.
