Our maiden mare foaled in March of this year, her foal was weaned in June and she had dried up completly with no problem. We had rebred her, checked in foal at 16 days but had slipped by her 50 day check (June 15th). She has had regular heat cycles since then, but I noticed today that she is beginning to bag up. I have never had one do this on me, and our reproductive vet here is not big on questions. Any input? Thanks =o)

I am having problems with a mare after weaning her first foal also. 2 months after weaning she had an anxiety attack and had to be sedated. The next day she was dripping milk from her udder. It had previously dried up or so I thought. Still having anxiety problems and this mare was previously very level headed. I'm sure this is a hormone problem also. Help and suggestions please.
