I have used a few reproductive vets in Wisconsin that I would recommend. First is Dr. David Kolb at Lodi Veterinary Hospital. Frozen or fresh is no problem. Next is Dr. Andy Schmidt at Wisconsin Equine Clinic. Frozen or fresh is no problem. Third is Dr. Judy Batker at Country View Vet in Oregon WI. Fresh semen breedings no problem and I believe they are getting set up for frozen work.
I second Andy Schmidt.. He is great.. His assistant becky is very very knowledgeable good with stallions.

I third Dr. Schmidt!! He got my mare cycling and got her bred on one heat!! Cost wasn't too bad either!
