I want to build an equine breeding facility to collect semen, cool and freeze at well. Of course that mare breeding stocks, semen lab, etc. Where can I find Quarantine regulations and what we need in bulidings requirements to freeze and export frozen semen? Ideas. plans, measurements, pictures all stuff is welcome. Thanks vet

Quarantine regulations pertaining to export of semen will vary depending upon which country you are exporting it to. They are actually import regulations, rather than export regulations. If you contact your local USDA-Aphis office they should be able to assist you.
There are a number of articles on this site that will explain what equipment is required for semen collection and processing which should hopefully answer some of your questions. For actual plans for buildings etc. I would recommend visiting an existing reproductive facility and talking to people working there about the design and what they would do differently. You might also talk to your local veterinary teaching university and consult your local library to see if they have or can get books on the subject. To give a description here is next to impossible, as not only do personal requirements and preferences vary, but the topography of site you are building upon will have a large part to play in the matter.
Not sure if this helped, but hope it did a little!
I am in the process of gathering equipment to ship cooled semen.I attended the Houston seminar, and feel confident that I can be in business at the start of breeding season. I purchased an disposable AV, to try ground collecting on our young stud, and he was very willing to cooperate. Now I need to put together my needed equipment. I have chosen the French INRA, and haven't decided between the HRI, or the IMV photometer. Is there anywhere that I can get a very detailed equipment, supply list. Example(what glass ware, how many, what size ect.) I am ready to order what I need, but have run into a brick wall with the small stuff! Any help would be great!! Kelli
Kelli, Exodus has a complete list of items needed in their catalog...total including phantom and everything is $5500. The list is at about the end of the stallion equipment section, but is detailed and complete. You might also want to get the kit that lets you test what type of extender with which antibiotics work best with your stallion...either exodus or ABS has these. Good luck
