We are on "Mare Stare" of our Palomino mare(unknown parents) who was breed to our sorrel Tovero stud (Black sire/QH dam). What are our color possibilities and is there a chance he/she could have blue eyes? |

Hi Dianne, Yes, the foal could have blue eyes, that will come from the overo genes in the tovero stallion you bred too. Someone else will have to answer the color question. You can come up with a solid baby, tovero, or overo and toby(sorry forgot it in the original post!) good luck kim (Message edited by kimk on March 18, 2006) |

Dianne the only colors you can get are sorrel or palomino. Those colors can be solid, tovero, overo, or tobiano. |

Looks like a bona-fide palomino paint to me! Bred tons of yella horses and he looks like a palomino, with a splash of white thrown it. He is a cutie! Congrats to you Dianne! |

The foals mom belongs to my 14 yr old son, the stud is mine, we have 6 horses and this if our first baby. My son (who is very proud of him and does not want to sell him) said he would sell him for $12,000. Guess that ensures he will get to keep him! We may try it again and have another one next year, who knowns? |
