I have a new mare that was already bred when I got her. She is a bay/overo, her sire was also bay/overo, dam was ?QH. Last year she was bred to the same black stud and threw a black colt. I think she could also throw smokey black if bred to a buckskin ?!? And if both parents have a hidden chestnut gene then she could also throw chestnut or palomino.
