Well it depends somewhat upon what colour your mare is underneath the grey, but seeing as how both parents have dun factor, your chances of getting a foal with dun factor is pretty good. There is also a 50% chance that the foal will grey.
So your possibilities are:
Chestnut/Sorrel Bay Black
Red Dun Bay Dun Grullo
All with the possibilty of turning grey.
