Can you help tell me what pattern my 1 year old colt is. he is a hard one to figure out. Is he a Overo, Tovero or Tobiano. Because he has 2 brown eyes. 4 white legs and the black only crosses over on his tail bone. his tail is all black and his mane is split black and white.

Definatly not overo. I would say tovero based on the excessive white on the side of the face on the left side..that's the only place where it looks like he did get tobiano and overo...otherwise..he's a classic tobiano. Eye color does not factor in on what pattern they are. The 4 white legs are classic tobiano as is the color crossing the back.

It looks to me like Tovero. He has tobiano as well as at least one (splash) and possibly two(also sabino) overo genes.

I am clueless but thought I'd chime in on what a cute colt you got there whatever you decide his pattern is:-)

Definitely a tovero. I see tobiano and LWO for CERTAIN. Plus splash and sabino.
