Grey is a colour modifier, not a colour itself. One thing that is certain is that your foal will have a 50% chance of turning grey and there is the possibility it will be pinto as well. If we were to guess that the grey mare is bay under the grey, your colour possibilities would be - Sorrel Bay Black All with a chance of having the pinto pattern and 50% chance of turning grey.
