I take it you are doing fresh shipped, not frozen? I like to know who the shipper will be (Fed Ex seems to be the most common), what days does the breeder collect the stallion, what time do they need notification for a collection by. What else, what else. Most will want container returned so find out when they want it returned by. I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of right now.

I would also want to know what the semen count and condition is before shipping. I always have a check on the semen when I receive it. Some times, the stallion can be over bred and have dismal counts before the semen is ever shipped.

The breeding contract may or may not clearly explain the guarantee of semen viability. This can be the most important aspect after all. There is no point going through the process if the semen is not viable. It can vary according to many different factors. Age of the stallion, number of collections, extender, etc.
