For the first time, I ran into a problem mailing the Equitainer back to the stallion owner. I was shipping it back Priority Mail/Insured. This Equitainer even still has the sticker on it saying that the contents is inert, etc. - the USPS saw "Biological" on the outside and freaked. We had to place it inside a box and ship it that way.
How do I prevent this problem again? Different method of shipment, special form, ???
Take a piece of Duct tape or several pieces of electrical tape and cover up the offending "Biological" label. USPS will then (or perhaps that should be "should then" ) accept it. We have run into the same problem, and had the postal worker tell us to do that...
Excellent - thanks Jos. Some of these problems just amaze me.
