View details about stallions standing at the Equine-Reproduction.com stallion station
In addition to it's other services, Equine-Reproduction.com also offers a stallion station service at it's facility in Oklahoma, where breeding stallions may be boarded for the breeding season, or permanently. Stallions can have semen collected and shipped from the facility, including to Canada (currently under CEM restrictions for semen importation from the USA). Stallions live out in approximately 1/3 acre pastures with shelters and trees offering shade and protection from the weather. Large bales of hay are provided to ensure the potential for continual grazing (which is healthier for horses), although custom hay is also provided where needed. Horses are grained twice daily (or more if required) using Progressive Nutrition. The stallion paddocks are adjacent to each other, separated by a minimum of 12' aisleways, and the fencing is 5-strands of electrified "White Lightning" from Centaur (although it's actually brown and black in colour).
Our laboratory is well equiped with high technology equipment and supplies, enabling us to ship the best quality semen available from the resident stallions, or from stallions visiting for semen collection and processing.

Edelweiss de Bonce

1992 17 hh Bay Selle Français Stallion
EVA Negative/Vaccinated Annually
|
Edelweiss de Bonce began his Dressage training at his breeder's farm in France, where he soon became a finalist at 5 and 6 in Dressage at Fontainebleau. Continuing his career, he was moved to Germany where he was trained and competed through Grand Prix Dressage with Catherine Haddad. After being sold to the USA to Cory Walkey, he continued his Grand Prix Dressage career being successfully competed under Mette Rosencrantz. After a long, successful athletic career he is now retired to stud. Through his many years under saddle and competing at the top of his sport, he's earned respect and kind words from the people whose lives he's been a part of. With an eager attitude and a willingness for the job, he's proven he's up for any challenge!
