I have no idea what is going on. Help please.

Sometimes the pregnancy doesn't go as expected and the foal is lost. Here you can share information and perhaps learn why it happened and/or how to prevent a reocurrence.

First of all thank you for taking the time to read this lol.

I have a 8 year old maiden mare. She was covered and took early March. I had her confirmed in foal at 14 days, and at 30 days.

My vet came out to check her at 63 days and said she had slipped. He gave her a shot of lutilyse to bring her back in so we could hopefully re breed her.

I have checked her every day since. No reaction to the stud at all. Not even a little tail twitch. I had her ultrasounded again by someone else when she would have been at 70 days since she still hadn’t come in. She also said no baby.

Now, is it possible the baby is hiding in there? Not really sure what else to do.
