I'm in the UK but keep reading about the danger of fescue grass in the later stages of pregnancy. Is this also an issue in the UK and if so what does fescue look like, how would I know if there was any in her pasture?

SO is it only if its tall that it can be an issue? Our pasture tends to be pretty short as they're a bunch of fattys and on restricted grazing most of the time.

Tall fescue is a type of fescue. From what I have read, fescue toxicosis is only a problem in the US. You might consult with your local agricultural agent who would have more specific info.

Think I will, shall also ask the vet when he next comes to scan - I know it's a while before it might be an issue but might as well be prepared
