Furthermore, you hereby agree to understanding that any commercial sales or attempts at sales, or advertizing will be subject to removal from the board and a charge may be levied for that removal which you hereby agree to pay in full. Note that items to which "advertizing" may apply includes - but is not limited to - stallion breeding services (and promotion of stallions), horses for sale, reproductive or veterinary services performed by individuals or companies, competing bulletin boards or websites, equipment, and/or any other item or matter deemed "advertizing" by Equine-Reproduction.com LLC personnel.
You understand and agree that the use of this board is governed by and under applicable laws and statutes of the State of Oklahoma, USA, and any legal actions associated with the board, board usage or Equine-Reproduction.com LLC shall be heard by, dealt with and tried in the Courts of Oklahoma.
